Day 3




Joints are still hurting and achy. I almost grabbed a turkey sandwich with my kids today at lunch, but I caught myself. It takes prep and planning to get together a meal that my kids will eat. Tonight I made fried rice with loads of veggies and JUST eggs, which worked great and no one was the wiser.

I am feeling a bit bloated and constantly thirsty, which is strange. No changes in weight or anything else yet. I am only 1/10 done. :)
