Days 8-10




My family is starting to revolt. They are done with lentil soups, crumbled soy textured objects and so many veggies. (eye roll) So, I am including salmon, sea bass and some chicken time to time to keep them happy.

My plant based journey was terrible today. I ate Hint of Lime chips (LOTS) and a few cookies. I wasn't home and was starving. Lesson learned - have snacks handy.

My moods have been low- could be the time of year, but I expected a bit of an increase in my mood and energy. It has been the opposite. Still supplementing with b12 and multivitamin. No idea why I am not feeling better yet.

Anyway, I will carry on. :)
